Update:

Marathon kitchen cleaning all weekend...tiring.

Finding a snake in your bathroom...annoying.

Watching your beloved Chiefs drop to 0-3...heart-wrenching.

Knowing that tonight is Smackdown Live? PRICELESS.

ACK! You found a snake in your bathroom?

Is that why your toilet keeps getting clogged? hehe

Heh. Welllll...actually, Dave and Kendall found it while I was off playing Dungeons & Dragons.

It was just a little snake, probably not two feet long, but, apparently, it was FEISTY. Heh. I came home and the bathroom was a shambles. They'd chased it around with a broom trying to subdue it long enough to step on its head.

Hehehe...sorry. Mental image. *furtive chuckles*

And surprisingly enough, the toilet fixed itself last week. I know neither Dave nor I fixed it. We had basically just tossed up our hands and decided to pool our meager resources next payday to cal a plumber when it suddenly started working again.

If we'd found that snake last week, I'd think you were right! Ha!

You know what happens when you mix snakes and bathrooms.

Think basilisk.

Bleah.

Now I've scared myself.

Hope you have fun tonight.

Nah, snakes don't bother me. Now, if they'd found a 30-foot-long boa constrictor, I might have paused. But a little 2-foot black snake? *shrug* De nada.

I would have paid good money to see Kendall and Dave whooping around like idiots, trying to broom a snake into submission so they could step on its head, though! Oh, man! I bet that would've taken the $100,000 grand prize on "America's Funniest Home Videos"!

If the condition of the bathroom was any indication, it was a RIOT!

You're not counting down the HOURS yet??

Ooooh, what a lovely idea!

Let's see, it's about twenty 'til 2:00, so I'll just start there, and the show starts at 7:00....

FIVE hours 'til Smackdown! Woo-hoo! Thanks, Sis!

Figured the person who wanted to count all 10,000 lakes in MN would be counting seconds by now....

Hey, I was robbed! I only got to like 200 before it was, "No, big puddles do NOT count as lakes!" and "GOD! That's NOT FUNNY ANYMORE!"

*pout*

But, it's down to 4 1/2 hours 'til Smackdown! Tick-tock, tick-tock....

Woo-hoo! Make that 3 hours! THREE HOURS!

And, I'm taking off work about a half hour early, so only TWO hours until I head over to Memorial Hall! Yay!

I'm walking, since it's only like 6 blocks away from the office and I don't particularly want to mess with all the traffic in and out of that little area. Yuck. I'll leave my car in my nice, safe office parking lot and walk.

Woo-hoo! Just over an hour to go! This is it, folks! I'm leaving at 6:00, so this is the last Countdown to Smackdown update!

I'm sure you're all just SOOO distraught....

Have fun, Gutterball!

A snake!

Lord, I would have seriously died. Snakes, spiders, I don't know which is worse.
